tempting tapas

what a tease~!

tapas.

can you believe the audacity of serving mini tastings to famished guests? a little of this, a little of that. But not a whole lot of any one great food.

Well, I actually prefer it. Tapas are more interesting, don't you think? Tempting your tastebuds into taming your toes: no more tapping or talking nonsensically on an empty belly.

Tapas satisfy epicureans and curious cooks; they create conversations between small bites, even engaging persons who prefer fork-to-mouth-to-belly meals without a breath, let alone conversing with fellow diners.

And if your body needs a sensual experience, try tapas. They entice the dormant senses you've forgotten.

In this photo, Italian tapas. Well, we've always just called them appetizers... but essentially it's the same idea: little bites to quell the hunger growling inside you. Tastes to mingle with the cocktail buzzing through your body.
